Vulnerable demographics, including the elderly, blind, and deaf, face heightened outdoor navigation risks using traditional canes. This paper presents Ai-Walk, an affordable, intelligent walking stick leveraging IoT, computer vision, and smart sensors for real-time hazard detection. The system provides audio-haptic alerts for structural threats (e.g., potholes) while continuously tracking user stress and health biometrics. Utilizing an adaptive machine learning algorithm, Ai-Walk optimizes routine navigation and synchronizes data with a crowdsourced threat database to warn other network users. Ultimately, Ai-Walk delivers a proactive, cost-effective, and compassionate solution to modern assistive mobility.
