The Arduino-Based Early Drain Blockage Detection for Early Flood Prediction project addresses the risk of flooding caused by drain blockages during heavy rainfall. Rising water levels and decreasing water flow rates indicate potential blockages before flooding occurs. This project designs a system using an Arduino Uno microcontroller integrated with sensors, an LCD display, and a buzzer. The system monitors both water level and flow rate, triggering an alert when threshold values are exceeded simultaneously. This early warning mechanism enables timely action to prevent flooding. The innovation promotes smart monitoring, enhances community safety, and demonstrates practical application of embedded technology.
