The 6R ECO-SMART GARBAGE HOUSE for Apartment Communities is a smart and eco-friendly innovation created to improve waste management in flats and apartment areas. The project consists of four waste segregation sections for food waste, paper, plastic/glass, and cans/aluminium to encourage proper recycling habits among residents. The system is equipped with LED and solar-powered lighting to save electricity and improve visibility at night. UV light technology is also included to reduce flies, insects, and bad smells around the waste area. In addition, the project includes a water collection system that allows reusable water to be used for cleaning purposes. Recyclable items collected can be sold by the Residents Association to generate income for maintenance and community activities. This innovation promotes cleanliness, environmental awareness, sustainable living, and community cooperation while supporting a greener and healthier future.
