Prolonged sedentary behavior and lack of engagement are prevalent issues for computer users. This project introduces Vision-Integrated Control (VIC), a gamified bio-feedback system designed to bridge physical wellbeing with IoT interaction. Developed using Python, MediaPipe, and OpenCV, VIC utilizes a finite state machine to monitor user behavior. It enforces a mandatory "Sitting Phase" using real-time facial tracking to ensure focus. Upon successful completion, the system unlocks an "Exercise Phase," enabling users to control remote robots or smart devices using dynamic hand gestures, such as a thumbs-up or cyclic movements. These spatial commands are broadcasted with low latency via the MQTT protocol. By requiring sustained physical presence to earn control privileges, VIC transforms routine device operation into an interactive reward. This system successfully promotes healthier workstation habits while providing a robust, touchless interface suitable for smart offices, industrial environments, and therapeutic applications.
