Type Unsafe situations can happen in many places, from schools to homes and community centers. This project introduces a smart CCTV system that uses technology to recognize signs of conflict, bullying, or accidents. By observing body movements and group behavior, the system can detect when someone may be in danger, such as a student being bullied or an elderly person falling at home. When unusual activity is found, alerts are sent to staff, caregivers, or security teams so they can act quickly.Traditional CCTV  consumes  huge of data which might be 10-60GB or even 300GB for 24/7 recording which might cost hundred of payment, while guardian eye will only send AI detected video to the end of receiver which will hugely reduce data usage and cost. Thus this will help for large area monitoring for cost efficiency.Unlike traditional CCTV systems that may fail silently without knowledge, our solution actively monitors its own operation and automatically informs users when a malfunction occurs.  The goal is to provide a tool that helps create safer spaces, reduces harmful incidents, and supports a more caring environment. This project shows how modern technology can be used to protect people and encourage respect and safety in everyday life.
