The CardiOxy Pro Alert System is an AI-powered Internet of Things (IoT) device designed for real-time monitoring of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate, particularly for high-risk and chronic patients. The system supports both online and offline operation to ensure continuous and reliable healthcare monitoring.

In online mode, physiological data is transmitted to a password-protected Google Sheets platform, where only authorised doctors can access the information. The system provides live and historical graphs with accurate date and time, enabling effective trend analysis and clinical decision-making. Furthermore, when abnormal readings are detected, instant alerts are sent to caregivers via Telegram while a phone call is simultaneously triggered, ensuring immediate attention and rapid response. In offline mode, critical data is stored locally on an SD card with timestamps, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring in low-connectivity or rural environments.

Moreover, the system’s most advanced feature is AI prediction technology, which analyses physiological data trends to detect abnormal patterns even when readings appear normal. Once a risk is identified, the system proactively triggers a phone call alert before danger occurs, enabling early intervention. When values exceed safe limits, an immediate alert is activated. The system continues alerting until the condition normalises, while a cooling mechanism prevents excessive alerts, thereby improving overall system stability. Additionally, the monitoring dashboard displays alert events with date, time, and reason, supporting clinical analysis and informed decision-making.

Overall, the CardiOxy Pro Alert System integrates online monitoring, offline backup, and AI prediction into a practical, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution aligned with modern digital healthcare needs, offering strong potential for real-world implementation, scalability, and commercialisation.
