Virtual Booth

This project proposes the development of a web-based In-Service Confirmation Module (e-Pengesahan) to improve the current manual process used in public universities. The existing system relies on physical documents and non-integrated platforms, which causes delays, data errors, and difficulty in tracking application status.

The proposed system aims to provide a centralized platform where staff can submit applications online, upload documents, and monitor their progress in real time. It also allows administrators and evaluators to review applications more efficiently using structured workflows and role-based access.

The system is developed using the Agile methodology, which supports step-by-step development and continuous improvement based on user feedback. Overall, the e-Pengesahan system is expected to increase efficiency, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall service quality in managing staff confirmation processes.
