Drip-Drop Stop is a mechanical, water-saving timer designed to help us manage our water usage in the bathroom. In Malaysia, many people spend too much time in the shower or leave clothes soaking for too long because they lose track of time. This cute timer provides a simple, battery-free solution to help families save water and money.

Most people want to save water, but using a smartphone or a digital clock in a wet bathroom is quite dangerous. Electronic timers can be damaged by water vapor and require batteries, which are not eco-friendly. There is a need for a durable, waterproof tool that works without electricity and can survive the humid bathroom environment.

The design of Drip-Drop Stop is inspired by the ocean, featuring a wave-shaped blue casing. 

Unlike a silent sand timer, Drip-Drop Stop includes a built-in mechanical bell. When the sand finishes flowing, the shift in weight hits the bell. This clear "ding" sound alerts the user even if they have their eyes closed while washing their hair. 

Drip-Drop Stop is an effective tool for environmental protection. It helps reduce water bills, requires zero maintenance, and is 100% waterproof. Most importantly, it teaches users, especially students, the habit of being mindful of their water usage.
