The majority of higher education institutions in Malaysia require undergraduate students to complete a research project as a partial requirement for graduation. One of the most critical components in research is data analysis, particularly the use of statistical tools such as SPSS, which supports the accuracy and validity of research findings. However, many undergraduate students encounter difficulties in understanding SPSS procedures, interpreting statistical outputs, and transforming results into a complete academic assignment report. These challenges are often linked to limited exposure, insufficient structured digital support, and reliance on traditional teaching approaches that may not fully support self-paced learning. Therefore, the Research Analysis & Integrated System (RAIS) was developed as an integrated web-based system to support SPSS-based research analysis learning, assignment preparation, feedback collection, and learning evaluation. Students first complete required SPSS procedures, including data cleaning, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. They then enter their findings into RAIS for structured report writing, document preview, final submission, automated email documentation, system feedback, and post-learning evaluation. RAIS was implemented in the MGT651 Research Methodology class during Semester 20254 involving 73 students. Results showed that the mean score percentage increased from 37.5% in the Pre-RAIS questionnaire to 91.6% in the Post-RAIS questionnaire, an improvement of 54.1 percentage points. System feedback ranged from 87% to 95%, indicating high user acceptance. Overall, RAIS demonstrates potential to enhance SPSS-based research learning, academic documentation, and assignment management in Research Methodology courses.
