^{Social and economic inequality in Indonesia is a complex problem that cannot be solved with conventional approaches alone. Regional disparities, limited access to basic services, and low public participation are the main challenges. In response to this, the Sambung Rasa application is here as a technology-based social innovation. This application is an interactive space for sharing stories, building empathy, education, and real action through features such as Chat, Educational Video Rels, Social Exploration, and User Profiles. Despite facing challenges such as digital literacy and data protection, Sambung Rasa has great potential in building solidarity across classes and regions. Therefore, the sustainability and success of this platform requires cross-sector synergy between the government, local communities, NGOs, and the general public, in order to realize a more just, inclusive, and empowered Indonesia from below.}
