ABSTRACT

KoKu STSR is an innovative digital system developed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of co-curricular management in schools. This innovation integrates Google Sites as a central platform to support the organisation, documentation, and dissemination of co-curricular information in a more structured and accessible manner.The system enables teachers to manage co-curricular activities with greater ease by providing a single digital hub for uploading schedules, activity reports, student achievements, and program updates. This reduces dependency on traditional paper-based documentation and minimises the time required for administrative tasks, thereby improving overall productivity. In addition, KoKu STSR promotes seamless collaboration among teachers, students, and school administrators. Information can be shared instantly, ensuring better communication and more transparent management of co-curricular activities. The platform is also easily updatable, making it suitable for real-time information management.Furthermore, this innovation aligns with the national aspiration towards digital transformation in education. It supports the development of a technology-driven school environment that encourages efficiency, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making.In conclusion, KoKu STSR  serves as a smart, user-friendly, and sustainable solution for co-curricular management. It enhances organisational effectiveness while fostering a modern educational culture that is adaptive to digital advancements.
