PhysioVerse 3D is an interactive web-based biomechanics learning platform designed to transform exercise science education through immersive 3D movement visualisation. Traditional teaching approaches often rely on static textbook diagrams and two-dimensional illustrations, which may limit students’ ability to fully understand movement mechanics, muscle activation, and exercise execution. PhysioVerse 3D addresses this limitation by integrating animated 3D exercise demonstrations with biomechanics explanations, muscle activation visualisation, clinical notes, contraindications, MCQ assessments, and evidence-based references within a single digital learning environment. The platform allows learners to explore exercises from multiple viewing angles, creating a more engaging, intuitive, and technology-enhanced learning experience. As a web-based platform, PhysioVerse 3D is accessible, scalable, portable, and cost-effective, requiring only a standard internet browser without specialised hardware.
