COCOMI is a healthier and more sustainable noodle made from coconut meat, which is full of fibre, good fats, and nutrients. We tried other ingredients like banana umbut and coconut husk but faced challenges, so we chose coconut meat for its benefits and simplicity. Even though our product has a few flaws like uneven texture and uneven shaped , it still tastes good and is better for health, you know? It also helps reduce food waste by using natural ingredients. We believe COC MI has greatpotential and we're excited to improve it more in the future with better methods.
