Adolescence is an important phase in the formation of emotions and self-identity, but many teenagers have difficulty recognizing and managing their emotions. Self-reflection is an important skill to help understand feelings and build healthy emotional regulation. Unfortunately, this ability is still limited due to the lack of emotional vocabulary, social pressure, minimal emotional education, and the absence of a safe space for expression. JudeMo, a website-based digital journal platform, is here as an interactive media that supports adolescent emotional literacy. The existence of the Moodies, Reflecto, EmoGraph, and EduFeel features makes JudeMo a comprehensive medium for expression, self-understanding, and education. However, its effectiveness depends on internet access and digital literacy, and cannot replace professional support. Therefore, the development of JudeMo needs to be equipped with professional service features and appropriate education to support adolescent mental health as a whole.
