The percentage of passing in UASA Mathematics tests at school is deteriorating and worrying. Pupils' understanding of basic calculation skills, especially the operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division is still weak, while these aspects are important to determine the level of mastery of Mathematical literacy and build the thinking skills. Thus, this innovation was conducted to overcome the problem of mastering the basic skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The students involved in this innovation consist of 4th, 5th and 6th year students at SJK(T) Bestari Jaya. This innovation successfully change the attitude of boredom and fear to an attitude of fun, interest and love to learn Mathematics. The use of ‘Number Sense Kit’ innovation also helps students act actively. In addition, students can also improve their level of arithmetic thinking quickly and correctly. This innovative material has been introduced to the required schools and we have sold 140 of these game kits. We have also obtained a "Copy Right" from MYIPPO. The findings of this innovation are expected to shed some light on experiences, look for role models and share knowledge about the desire to improve mastery of the relevant skills. In addition, students' mastery of basic addition calculations will give them the opportunity to broaden their thinking and be able to develop ideas to solve difficult level questions and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).
