In the modern technological era, adopting an effective Quranic memorization approach is essential. Quranic memorization presents significant challenges for tertiary-level Huffaz (Quran memorizers) such as maintaining motivation, adhering to disciplined study schedules and finding effective methods for systematic revision. To address these issues, a web-based Huffaz management system was developed as an integrated platform that combines personalized memorization schedules, progress tracking, Quranic notes and community engagement, all within an intuitive web interface. The key features included customizable memorization plans tailored to individual learning preferences, tools for monitoring daily progress, quiz and community-driven features that foster peer support, accountability and motivation. This web-based system was built using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and MySQL to ensure scalability and reliability. The Agile development methodology guided the project, allowing for continuous feedback and adaptation to meet users' evolving needs. The significance of integrating the tradition memorizing al-Quran with digital technology allow combining audio and visual creates an engaging memorization experience as well as make it more effective and manageable.
