This project introduces a smart task allocation system that automates role assignment based on individual preferences, availability and suitability. By integrating Google Forms for data collection and Python for data processing, the system ensures fair and efficient distribution of tasks in various group-based environments. It reduces manual workload, minimises bias and enhances participant satisfaction by aligning responsibilities with interest and capability. While initially designed for volunteer programmes, the technology is adaptable to education, corporate, healthcare and event management sectors. Its versatility and automation offer a scalable solution for improving organisation, coordination and decision-making in diverse settings.
