Dash Fish Crackers (DFC) introduces an innovative solution by transforming fish waste specifically bones and fins into flour used to produce nutritious, ready-to-eat crackers. This eco-friendly approach tackles the growing issue of global and local food waste while promoting sustainable consumption and waste valorization. DFC aligns with modern lifestyles and offers both environmental and economic benefits. A consumer acceptance study among IPTA students in Kuantan City showed 62.2% agreement on the benefits of utilizing fish waste for human consumption. These findings highlight the product’s potential to reduce fish waste, support local food innovation, and pave the way for more resilient, responsible food systems.
