To address these issues, CyberMedic X was conceived and developed by Mansimrat Singh Chadha A/L Gurmukh Singh Chadha, a 13-year-old student from SMK Anderson, Ipoh, as part of the Virtual Innovation Competition. This project introduces a pharmacist robot designed to automate medicine dispensing while ensuring strict verification standards, patient safety, and user-friendly interaction. The innovation combines robotics, artificial intelligence, and biometric authentication to create a secure, efficient, and approachable pharmacy system.

The process begins after a patient completes their consultation and pays the doctor. The doctor issues an official receipt, which serves as the key input for CyberMedic X. The patient then approaches the robot and inserts the receipt into the designated slot. The robot’s interface guides the user through the insertion process, ensuring the receipt is properly scanned and recognized. Once uploaded, CyberMedic X initiates biometric verification using the patient’s IC information. This step confirms the patient’s identity and prevents misuse or fraudulent access to prescription drugs. The robot cross-checks the receipt data with the hospital’s digital database to ensure that the medicine corresponds to the correct patient and prescription. Only after successful verification does CyberMedic X dispense the prescribed medicine along with a printed copy of the prescription.
