This abstract discusses the conversion of used oil into candles as an eco-friendly and sustainable waste management approach. Used cooking oil, often discarded improperly, can be filtered and combined with suitable waxes and natural wicks to produce functional candles. This process reduces environmental pollution, prevents water and soil contamination, and promotes recycling practices. Candles made from used oil are cost-effective, accessible for small-scale production, and suitable for household or community-based enterprises. Additionally, this method supports circular economy principles by transforming waste into value-added products, creating economic opportunities while raising environmental awareness and encouraging sustainable consumption practices.
