This study presents the formulation and evaluation of an organic insecticide spray using safe, biodegradable ingredients commonly found in households. The spray is composed of liquid glycerin, vinegar, water, isopropyl alcohol, cinnamon, lemongrass, lemon essential oil, clove, and baking soda. Each component was selected for its natural insect-repelling or insecticidal properties, with the aim of creating a non-toxic alternative to conventional chemical pesticides. The solution was tested on a variety of common household and garden pests, such as ants, aphids, and mites. Results showed a significant reduction in insect activity within 24–48 hours, along with a residual repellent effect. The spray was found to be safe for use around humans, pets, and plants. This organic formulation demonstrates potential as an effective, environmentally responsible pest control solution for household and small-scale agricultural use.
