The project introduces the innovation of making healthy sweets with fruits and vegetables using the lollipop concept. The main problem identified is that we know that most children do not like fruits and vegetables that taste bitter and sour. The main objective of this invention is to prevent the wastage of fruits and vegetables by combining them with the concept of sugar free sweets. The projects methodology involves the process of changing the taste of fruits and vegetables that have an unpleasant taste into delicious and wrapped in jelly textured lollipops. We choose to use jelly to form as lollipop because it is environmentally friendly with jelly that has a soft texture so that it is easy for children and elderly to bite and has an interesting flavour and colour. In terms of marketability, our products offer a low cost compared to other sweets products. The benefits of this project include being able to attract people to learn more about the benefits and advantages of fruits and vegetables with various taste and can be changed on various way. In conclusion, this product can make people aware of the importance of fruits and vegetables which can also provide benefits such as being able to give knowledge to the public in creating more products such as food or other skincare products that are beneficial related to fruits and vegetables.
