Delayed disease detection and inefficient nutrient management cause severe, irreversible crop loss in agriculture. To address this, we propose the Smart Plant Patch, a non-invasive, bio-integrated wearable device for real-time plant health monitoring. Attached directly to the leaf epidermis, a multi-modal biochemical sensor array continuously detects macronutrients (NPK) and disease-indicative volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Data is processed via an ultra-low-power microcontroller and transmitted wirelessly to a mobile application, delivering automated alerts for pathogen threats, nutrient deficiencies, and tailored fertilisation actions. This innovation offers a sustainable, data-driven solution that optimises resource allocation and agricultural productivity.
