YS894: NaCL LAMP

EISY FURQAN IMAN BINTI SYAMSUL BAHRI MRSM PASIR SALAK

The Naci Lamp project was developed to address the problem of limited access to electricity, especially in rural areas. Many people still rely on batteries or generators, which are expensive and harmful to the environment. This inspired the creation of a lamp powered by saltwater as an alternative, eco-friendly energy source.

The target users of this project are rural communities, students, and individuals seeking sustainable lighting solutions.

The main objectives are to demonstrate that saltwater can generate electricity, to design a low-cost and eco-friendly lamp, and to encourage creativity through simple materials.

The Naci Lamp produces light through the chemical reaction between zinc and copper plates in a saltwater solution, generating an electric current that powers an LED bulb.

This project not only promotes environmental awareness but also highlights the potential of renewable energy in daily life. The results proved that saltwater can be used as an effective and clean energy source.

In conclusion, the Naci Lamp demonstrates how small ideas can make a big impact in promoting sustainability and innovation.
