GeoSurvey System is a web-based Geospatial Intelligence and Site Survey Application to manage field evidence and simplify approval workflow. The platform is based on the Laravel framework, MapLibre, and Turf.js, which provide automated spatial validation to field personnel, HODs and administrators. The field logs are captured by the staff using real time location tracking and image verification via EXIF with an automatic calculation of a Data Trust Score based on compliance with boundaries and image verification. The data integrity is guaranteed by this process before submission. The system is designed to be operated at high speed and to be scaled up in the future that provides an efficient with reliable system to process operational reports and spatial intelligence.
