The system integrates an ESP32 microcontroller with a heating element and vibration motor to provide combined heat therapy and massage functions. Additional components include a push button, potentiometer, 18650 battery pack, TP4056 charging module, and DC-DC buck converter for efficient power management. Testing showed stable operation, effective heat generation, and consistent vibration performance. The device successfully delivers comfort, ease of use, and reliable therapeutic support, making it suitable for personal healthcare, rehabilitation, and home therapy applications.
