Chocoban powder is a food innovatin that transformed valuable ingredients for creating nutritios powder. It is made from fermenting banana peels to promote gut health and provide natural energy. Chocoban powder are rich in dietary fiber, antioxidants, and essential nutrients. Banana peel powder supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, making it a natural prebiotic. Additionally, its natural sugars, vitamins, and minerals contribute to an energy-boosting drink that is both nutritious and eco-friendly. This innovation aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), by reducing food waste and promoting sustainable resource use. By upcycling banana peels into functional food products, this research contributes to a circular economy, reduces environmental impact, and offers a sustainable solution to meet rising demands for healthy and environmentally friendly products. This simple and sustainable approach demonstrates how food waste can be turned into value-added products that support both human health and environmental sustainability.
