Eczema is a common chronic skin condition that causes inflammation, dryness, itching, and skin irritation, affecting the quality of life of many individuals, especially children and teenagers. Conventional skincare products often contain synthetic chemicals that may trigger further skin sensitivity. Therefore, this study introduces MoriGlow Yogurt Soap, an innovative natural therapeutic soap formulated using moringa powder, yogurt, olive oil, and eco-friendly ingredients as a safer alternative for eczema-prone skin.
The innovation combines the antibacterial and antioxidant properties of moringa with the moisturizing and soothing effects of yogurt to support skin hydration and reduce irritation. The product is designed to provide gentle cleansing while maintaining skin moisture balance and minimizing discomfort associated with eczema. In addition, MoriGlow Yogurt Soap promotes sustainable skincare practices through the use of natural and biodegradable materials.
This project applies a product development and experimental evaluation approach involving user feedback and skin condition observation. Preliminary findings indicate positive potential in reducing skin dryness, itchiness, and unpleasant skin discomfort while improving user satisfaction. MoriGlow Yogurt Soap demonstrates strong potential as an affordable, sustainable, and marketable therapeutic skincare innovation for individuals with sensitive and eczema-prone skin.
