The e-Aduan IT System is a web-based platform developed to modernize and professionalize the IT complaint management process at JKR Negeri Kelantan. Moving away from traditional manual reporting, the system utilizes a stack consisting of PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap to provide a centralized repository for digitalized audit documentation and technical support tracking. A key feature of the system is the integration of QR code technology, enabling staff to quickly scan equipment to transmit precise location and asset details directly to the IT division. By implementing role-based access for staff, technicians, and administrators, the system ensures digital accountability through automated task assignment and real-time status updates. Ultimately, the system enhances organizational efficiency by generating comprehensive monthly reports to monitor technical health and response times.
